Karin Gaffney is the owner and chef of KoDo Foods. She is a trained pastry chef and nutritional therapist. After discovering her own food sensitivities, Karin began experimenting with her favorite traditional recipes to remove the allergy causing ingredients. The result is a line of gluten and dairy free items that can be prepared for vegans or those with nut and soy sensitivities. She still enjoy traditional catering and occasion cakes, but loves the challenge of creating limited ingredient meals that are as delicious and beautiful as their traditional counterparts.
